eg77 puts Responsible Gaming
before everything else — your safety first
Enjoy entertainment within your limits — eg77 helps you build safe, mindful and healthy gaming habits.
What does Responsible Gaming mean?
Online gaming can be an enjoyable form of entertainment — but it is only enjoyable when you play mindfully and within your limits. At eg77 we believe every player's experience should be safe, controlled and fun.
Responsible gaming means playing with full awareness, sticking to a budget and never letting entertainment become a source of financial pressure or mental distress. eg77 provides multiple tools and support features to help keep you protected.
Remember: gambling is not a source of income. It is entertainment only. If you ever feel that gaming is having a negative effect on your daily life, relationships or financial situation, seek support right away.
Important Warning
eg77 is for players aged 21 and above only. Participation by minors on this platform is strictly prohibited.
Online gaming may be prohibited by law in your area — check your local laws before participating.
Our Protection Tools
eg77 provides a number of useful tools to help you keep your gaming habits in check.
Set Deposit Limits
You can set your own daily, weekly or monthly deposit limit. Once a limit is set it takes effect immediately. Increasing a limit is subject to a waiting period, while lowering it takes effect right away.
Time-Out
You can temporarily close your account for a set period. Time-outs are available from 1 day up to several weeks. Login is completely disabled during the time-out period.
Self-Exclusion
If you feel that controlling your gaming is becoming difficult, apply for permanent or long-term self-exclusion. Contact the support team and your account will be closed entirely.
Session Reminders
Set session reminders to be notified of how long you have been playing. An on-screen alert will appear after a set time to help you take a break.
Loss Limits
Gaming will automatically stop once you have lost a set amount. This feature plays an effective role in limiting financial losses and protects you from placing excessive bets on impulse.
24/7 support
Contact eg77's support team at any time. Assistance in Bengali is available via live chat or email. There is no need to hesitate when asking for help.
Recognise the Signs of a Problem
If you notice any of the following signs in yourself, it is time to seek help. This is a sign of awareness, not weakness.
- Repeatedly playing to try to win back lost money ("chasing losses")
- Spending more money on gaming than you intended
- Hiding your gaming habits from family or friends
- Feeling restless or irritable when you cannot play
- Continuing to play at the expense of work, studies or relationships
- Going into debt or borrowing money to fund gaming
- Repeatedly trying to stop playing but failing
Healthy Gaming Habits
Following a few simple rules keeps gaming enjoyable at all times.
- Only bet an amount you can afford to lose
- Set a time and budget before each session and stick to them
- Treat gaming as entertainment, not as a way to earn money
- Avoid playing when you are upset, have been drinking or are tired
- Take regular breaks and make time for other activities
- Let your family know how much time and money you are spending on gaming
