1 General Terms & Eligibility

Each individual may operate only one account. Opening multiple accounts is strictly prohibited, and if discovered, all accounts may be cancelled and deposited funds may be seized.

2.2 Account Security

2.3 Updating Information

3 Age Verification & Identity Confirmation

4 Deposits, Withdrawals & Payment Policy

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

eg77 currently supports the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. The minimum deposit amount for all methods is ৳500.

4.2 Deposit Terms

• Deposited funds must be sent from your own payment account only
• Funds sent from a third-party account will be returned and the transaction will be considered void
• Deposit processing is generally instant

4.3 Withdrawal Terms

• Minimum withdrawal for all methods: ৳1,000
• Withdrawals are processed to the depositing account only
• Withdrawal requests are generally completed within 30 minutes to 3 hours
• Identity verification must be completed before the first withdrawal
• If an active bonus is in place, wagering requirements must be met before withdrawing

4.4 Currency

All transactions are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (৳ / BDT). Foreign currency transactions are not accepted.

5 Bonus & Promotion Terms

eg77 offers various bonuses and promotional offers for new and existing members. Each bonus has specific terms that must be followed.

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit up to ৳15,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 will earn a ৳1,000 bonus, bringing the total balance to ৳2,000.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 20 times the bonus amount. Wagering is calculated only on the bonus amount, not on the original deposit.

Example: ৳1,000 bonus × 20 = ৳20,000 must be wagered before winnings from the bonus can be withdrawn.

5.3 General Bonus Terms

• A bonus applies to one account only; family members or users sharing the same IP address may not claim a bonus more than once
• Withdrawing while a bonus is active will result in the bonus and associated winnings being cancelled
• eg77 reserves the right to modify or withdraw any bonus program at any time
• If bonus abuse is suspected, the account may be subject to investigation

5.4 VIP Program

eg77's VIP program has five tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum, and Diamond. Weekly cashback benefits apply at each tier. The cashback amount varies by tier — up to 0.2% at Bronze, 0.3% at Silver, 0.5% at Gold, 0.6% at Platinum, and 0.8% at Diamond. To reach a higher tier, continuous active gaming is required.

6 Gaming Rules & Fair Play Policy

7 Prohibited Activities & Account Closure

Any of the following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in account cancellation and fund seizure:

• Abusing the bonus system or collusion (secret coordination between two or more players)

12.2 Termination of Agreement

You may request to close your account at any time. eg77 also reserves the right to close any account for breach of terms or other valid reasons. Any terms that would naturally remain in force after termination of the agreement (such as limitation of liability and dispute resolution) will continue to apply.

12.3 Entire Agreement

These terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and eg77. Any previous oral or written discussions are superseded by this agreement.
